Description
This bread proofer warming mat is equipped with an intelligent thermostat system and timer function, so you can easily set the temperature and monitor the fermentation process to ensure that the dough is fermented to its optimum condition. To clean the warming pad, simply wipe it with a damp towel. The warming pad is an essential tool for the baker, as it helps the dough to rise perfectly.
